When launching a token, the first decision is:
Where should the trading taxes flow?
Every token has its own dedicated Vault. The Vault determines how trading taxes are distributed and what token holders ultimately receive.
You can select a Vault Template from the Vault Store.
Trading taxes are split into two portions based on the allocation set at launch:
Best suited for projects that want to distribute dividends directly in the Quote Token.
Trading taxes are split in the same way, but the holder portion first accumulates in the Vault and is then used through the OKX Aggregator to purchase tokenized stocks selected by the Creator.
The Vault can hold up to 10 tokenized stocks, purchased in equal allocations and distributed based on each holder's share.
Best suited for projects that want to continuously convert trading taxes into tokenized stock assets.
The Tokenized Stock Vault currently supports OKB as the Quote Token only. If you want to use USD₮0 or another Quote Token, choose the System Vault.
Buy and sell tax both default to 1%, with a 1% minimum per side, and can be raised within the platform range. Tax is first split by the ratio the Creator sets:
The recipient list defaults to the launch wallet at 100%. Multiple recipients must total exactly 100%, and the list is locked at launch.
When a recipient's claimable tax dividend is worth strictly more than $1, the platform pays it automatically; recipients can also claim at any time from the Dashboard.
All trading tax goes to one address chosen at launch, an EOA or a contract. There is no creator/holder split, no percentage list, and no holder dividend.
Best suited for a project treasury, a DAO, or a contract that should receive the entire tax stream.
Before launching, make sure you confirm the following:
The first four settings are structurally immutable at the Vault contract level. Vault Template and tax rates are stored in the upgradeable Manager contract, so their immutability model is not identical.
Trading taxes are not converted into tokenized stocks in real time. Instead:
The executor cannot change the tokenized stock list or dividend recipients. It only executes conversions according to the predefined rules.
IGNIX can continue adding new Vault Templates over time, such as Buyback & Burn.
New templates do not affect tokens that have already launched. Each token continues to operate under the Vault rules selected at launch.
